The Alcyone Festival 2014: Inspirations

In its seventh year, our annual Alcyone Festival celebrates the depth and breadth of women writing for the stage. The theme for The Alcyone Festival 2014 is"Inspirations," featuring works by women that have inspired some of the artists who have inspired us.

Diana is a waitress at Dobson's, a seedy sports bar, who unexpectedly inherits $100,000 from a distant relative. Throwing caution and common sense to the wind, she decides to spend it all on one glorious trip to Switzerland.

An impossible love story is given a second chance and three scorched characters are about to learn that lightning does strike twice.
